We accept cash (USD, EUR, TZS), bank transfers, M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, major credit/debit cards, and PayPal. A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due on the day of your tour.

Cancellations made 48+ hours before the tour receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24–48 hours incur a 50% charge. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Weather-related cancellations are always fully refunded or rescheduled at no extra cost.

Yes! Hotel pickup and drop-off is included in all our standard tours. Just confirm your hotel name and room number when booking via WhatsApp or through our inquiry form.
